2. I have credit balance from my previous order, but how can I use it?

When you place an order, there will be an option you can choose to pay by using balance.

3. Why the amount you received is less than what I paid in Bank?

If the bank you deal with has no business relationship with ours, then apart from the regular transaction fee, a third party bank may make additional charges, the transaction will take longer and the actual amount we receive will be less than what you have paid.

What shipping methods do you offer?

Mebuy partners with major international shipping companies like DHL, Aramex and EMS.


How long can i receive my order after I have paid for it?

It averagely takes 6-10 working days.  

Do offer free express delivery?

Once your goods amount is up to $99 we will offer FREE Express delivery, and we will choose the best one for your order according to your shipping address.

Are there any additional fees involved in international shipping?

We suggest that before shipping, Mebuy customers take the initiative to find out their local Customs policies. In countries with high rate of Customs clearance, there is no need to pay any fees. However, in countries with low rate of Customs clearance such as Argentina, customers may be required to pay tariffs.

Additional charges for taxes or customs clearance must be paid by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict the amount of it. Customs and taxation policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local custom laws. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.



How can I track my package?

Once an order has shipped out, we will send you a Shipping Confirmation email that includes your tracking number.  Please track it in your member account: First: Log in your member center and click” my order “;Second: Find the order which you want to trace and you will see the tracking no. and shipping company. Last: Use the tracking no. to trace on the website of shipping company.


My order has not arrived yet, what should I do?

If your order has not arrived by the estimated delivery date, we're here to help. Before getting in contact with us, please try to check:

1. Tracking number.

2. Checking if you have an attempted delivery card from one of our carriers. Your parcel may be awaiting collection at a local Post Office or delivery depot, or you may need to arrange re-delivery.

3. The driver may have left your parcel somewhere safe such as your porch if it showed the parcel already delivered on website. You also can check with your neighbors to see if they have accepted the parcel for you.

If you still can't find your parcel, please email us to and quote your order number. We'll reply within six hours and do our best to locate your parcel straightaway. If it can't be found, we’ll arrange a refund for you.


What will the shipping company do if they cannot contact with the receiver when the parcel arrive?

Most of shipping company will deliver the parcel for three times if they the consignee cannot be contacted. They will return the parcel to the sender or leave the parcel at the warehouse which cannot be re-delivery after the last time delivery. So please make sure you write down the correct shipping information when you make an order on Mebuy and keep your phone on.
